What happens after I click “Book your session”?

You’ll be taken directly to the calendar where you can choose an available time slot that works for you. Once you select a time, you’ll confirm your basic details and instantly receive a confirmation email and calendar invite.

Do I need any equipment for our first session?

No equipment is required. If you have access to dumbbells, bands, or a gym, we’ll incorporate that. Otherwise, we’ll use bodyweight-focused movements and mobility work that you can do anywhere.

Is this suitable for beginners or people returning from a break?

Yes. Many PeakForm clients are either restarting after a long break or have tried to get consistent on their own without success. We’ll start at a level that feels safe and build up gradually so your body can adapt without feeling overwhelmed.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule your session. As long as you make changes at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll easily move your booking to a better time.

Is the session online or in-person?

Most sessions are held over Zoom so we can work together wherever you are. If you’re local and prefer in-person coaching, you’ll see those options on the calendar when you choose your time.
