We design sessions that work with your calendar and energy, not against them—so you can stay consistent even on your busiest weeks.
We factor in injuries, training history, equipment access, and preferences so you actually enjoy (and stick to) your plan.
No more going it alone. You’ll know exactly what to do between sessions—and have someone in your corner when motivation dips.

On the day of your session, bring a water bottle, a towel, and any equipment you have. We’ll handle everything from warm-up to your action plan.
I’m a clinician at AR Center for Child Well Being — a licensed child psychologist with experience in evidence-based therapies for children.
Your first session is focused on assessment, goals, and an actionable plan you can use right away.
You don’t need more information—you need a clear plan and someone in your corner. That’s what PeakForm clients get from day one.
“In 12 weeks I dropped 6kg, fixed my back pain, and actually look forward to training again. The plan fits my startup schedule instead of fighting it.”
Alex, 33 — Founder & dad of two
“I’d tried every app and program. Having a real coach who understands my injuries and limitations made all the difference. My knees haven’t felt this good in years.”
Jasmine, 41 — Product leader
“We started with one session a week that I knew I could commit to. That alone changed my posture, energy, and confidence. Now I train 3x/week and it feels natural.”
Mateo, 37 — Engineering manager
If your question isn’t listed here, go ahead and book a time that works for you— we can talk through it together on your session.
You’ll be taken directly to the calendar where you can choose an available time slot that works for you. Once you select a time, you’ll confirm your basic details and instantly receive a confirmation email and calendar invite.
No equipment is required. If you have access to dumbbells, bands, or a gym, we’ll incorporate that. Otherwise, we’ll use bodyweight-focused movements and mobility work that you can do anywhere.
Yes. Many PeakForm clients are either restarting after a long break or have tried to get consistent on their own without success. We’ll start at a level that feels safe and build up gradually so your body can adapt without feeling overwhelmed.
Life happens. Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule your session. As long as you make changes at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll easily move your booking to a better time.
Most sessions are held over Zoom so we can work together wherever you are. If you’re local and prefer in-person coaching, you’ll see those options on the calendar when you choose your time.
